About your visit

Can I change the date/timeslot of my visit to Moco Museum Amsterdam?

Through this link, you can easily change the date and time (up to the day of the visit).* You need your ticket number in order to do this.

*Only for reservations made from our website

Can I enter the museum earlier/later than my designated time slot?

If you arrive at the start of your time slot, your entrance is guaranteed. There is a 5-minute margin of entry for each time slot. If you arrive at a different time, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to enter Moco Museum (immediately).

I have booked a ticket on a partner site without a time slot. How can I book a time slot?

Click for Amsterdam or Barcelona and select partner ticket and choose your date and time slot. Please, bring both tickets with you to the museum and they’ll be scanned at the entrance.

How long should I allow for my visit to Moco Museum Amsterdam?

Moco Museum Amsterdam is relatively small, but we’d recommend taking an hour and a half for a fully immersive, relaxed tour of the entire collection. You’re then free to take as long as you like to browse our store and explore the Moco Garden.
