Yes! Tickets purchased through our official website can be used at either Moco Museum Barcelona or Amsterdam.
If you realize you bought tickets for the wrong location, just come to the museum with your
entrance ticket. Our reception staff will validate your admission.

After completing your purchase, your tickets are sent automatically by email. If you cannot find them, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot locate them, contact us with the email address used for the purchase and our
team will assist you.

Purchased tickets are non-refundable. Please take a look at our other FAQ to change your ticket date/time.

We have less expensive prices early/late on the day. Enjoy a discount up to €5,- when booking an early/late time slot!

Unfortunately, we do not offer free admission the first Sunday of each month as we are a private museum.

Yes. Visitors with a valid disability card can purchase a reduced ticket at the museum reception. If assistance is required, one accompanying person may enter free of charge with the appropriate documentation. 

Yes! Residents can purchase tickets at a reduced price directly at the museum. Please bring proof of residency with you, our team at reception will assist you on-site. 

The ICOM card gives you 20% discount at Moco Museum Barcelona, not in Amsterdam.

It is! We have an elevator in Moco Museum Barcelona.

We love dogs, but with the exception of registered service dogs with a suitable harness, they are not allowed inside the museum.

Amsterdam Sadly, there’s no space for luggage of any kind. We kindly advise making use of the luggage storage service at Museumplein/Museumsquare just 125 meters from the Moco Museum. Read more about this on the website of Lockerpoint Luggage Storage.
