    It is a well curated small collection of contemporary arts greatest hits along with a few up and coming artists exhibitions. I was fascinated by the pieces and I love how the museum flowed through each experience. The staff were amazing and helpful also. Absolutely a must see for contemporary art lovers!!

Can I change the date/timeslot of my visit to Moco Museum Amsterdam?

Can I enter the museum earlier/later than my designated time slot?

If you arrive at the start of your time slot, your entrance is guaranteed. There is a 5-minute margin of entry for each time slot. If you arrive at a different time, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to enter Moco Museum (immediately).

I have booked a ticket on a partner site without a time slot. How can I book a time slot?

Click for Amsterdam or Barcelona and select partner ticket and choose your date and time slot. Please, bring both tickets with you to the museum and they’ll be scanned at the entrance.

I see different prices every day and every time slot, why is that?

We have less expensive prices early/late on the day. Enjoy a discount up to €5,- when booking an early/late time slot!

Can I get a refund for my ticket?

Purchased tickets are non-refundable. Please take a look at our other FAQ to change your ticket date/time.

Can I combine discounts or promotions?

Discounts and promotions cannot be combined. Get the best deal by booking your tickets online.

What is a Priority Ticket?

– Visit at any time during your booked day, no need to choose a time slot

What is a Flex Ticket?

A Flex Ticket grants entry to our venue at any time during operating hours. Please check our schedule for updated times.

How does a Flex Ticket differ from a Priority Ticket?

Both allow entry at any time without having to book a timeslot, but for just one extra euro, Priority Tickets also allow you to skip the line.

Does Moco Museum Barcelona offer free admission the first Sunday of each month?

Unfortunately, we do not offer free admission the first Sunday of each month as we are a private museum.

What is the Early Access ticket?

The Early Access ticket allows you to experience the Moco Museum in a more intimate setting before it opens to the public. With only 20 exclusive spots available, secure your ticket and explore the museum at your own pace.

Is the ‘ICOM’ card valid in your museum?

The ICOM card gives you 20% discount at Moco Museum Barcelona, not in Amsterdam.

It is! We have an elevator in Moco Museum Barcelona.

Is my dog allowed in Moco Museum?

We love dogs, but with the exception of registered service dogs with a suitable harness, they are not allowed inside the museum.

Can I store luggage during my visit?

Amsterdam Sadly, there’s no space for luggage of any kind. We kindly advise making use of the luggage storage service at Museumplein/Museumsquare just 125 meters from the Moco Museum. Read more about this on the website of Lockerpoint Luggage Storage.

Barcelona For security reasons, we cannot store luggage of any kind. We have partnered with Bounce so that you can store your bags safely nearby, and enjoy a 10% discount off your booking with the code EXPLOREMOCO. Unfortunately, due to security reasons, we ask visitors not to wear hats during their Moco Museum visit.
